I listened for the "too busy" and it never gets said out loud. What happens is the ending: every layer drops out and one plain tone is left ringing on its own. Three minutes of readings and then the sky with no weather on it. The rests do the work. Most of it was quiet and you let it stay quiet instead of filling it.
